Professor and Program Director, Organizational Psychology, 1995-2000

Responsible for direction of the Organizational Psychology Program (9 fulltime faculty, 10 adjunct faculty, over 100 students), a fully accredited graduate school offering doctoral degrees in clinical and organizational psychology. Teaching and research in organizational psychology and extensive supervision of student research and doctoral dissertations.

Increased enrollment in entering classes by 20%, while maintaining program quality. Graduating students routinely earn starting salaries of $70-90,000 with major consulting firms.

Reorganized research curriculum to emphasize integration of methods and statistics, significantly improving quality of student research.

Created and taught two new Internet-based distance learning courses, allowing students in East Asia to join the program.

CGU is an independent graduate university with over 30 doctoral and masters programs, over 100 faculty, and 1000 graduate students. In both the Department of Psychology and the Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management, teaching and research in organizational psychology and management.

Evaluated academic and administrative computer support systems; created new system of peer support that improved overall help resources while reducing strain on central computing specialists.

For US Office of Technology Assessment, studied uses of technology in adult literacy programs; recommendations regarding improved networking of community resources became key part of OTA report to US Congress.
